Finance & Ops

Stategic, Finance and Operations Specialist

Bio

With over a decade of experience in charity finance, governance, and operational development, I specialise in helping non-profits work smarter and with greater impact. I’m AAT Level 3 qualified and hold a PRINCE2 certification, which underpin my practical, strategic approach to systems design, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

My background includes everything from leading digital transitions and implementing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, to providing hands-on support with independent examinations, restricted funding management, and Scheme of Delegation policies. I recently completed a four-year term as Treasurer for LCR Pride Foundation and currently serve as Chair of ReMade Wigan.

In everything I do, I’m guided by a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and non-profit ethics. I firmly believe finance isn’t just about numbers—it’s a powerful tool for building a fairer, more caring world.
