Bio
I have over 25 years’ experience in the development sector as a Founder, Director and fundraiser for an international NGO in Kenya and Tanzania and a registered charity in the UK. I have worked with multiple NGOs internationally and charities registered in the UK, supporting them with fundraising strategies, pipelines and forecasts, grant development and management. I have secured annual and multi-year funding from a broad range of UK Trusts and Foundations, Institutions, Corporates and HNWI with a focus on Community Health, Child Development and Rights Protection, Community Livelihoods and the Environment.
I work closely with local INGOs developing and designing projects, proposals and budgets, organizational systems including monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure evidence of impact and robust accountability and compliance is in place. I have extensive experience undertaking in country project research & evaluations, organizational assessments and situational analyses, and strengthening localization strategies.
