Katie Muldoon

Katie is the Founder and Director of Yellowrattle Coaching. Yellow Rattle is a plant that when put to soil allows other plants to flourish; it’s known as the meadow-maker. Katie works with people who want to create cultures which allow them, and those around them, to flourish. 

People contact Katie when it’s high stakes: a founder scaling up, a change in career, significant decision times. They want autonomy over their decisions, understand the influences acting upon them, and she coaches them to choose their own path. 

Katie’s approach to supporting leaders is inclusive, curious, diligent, and always in partnership. 

Katie holds degrees in engineering, international relations and her coaching qualification is triple accredited through the ICF, EMCC and AC.
