We’ve been in your shoes
Our Collective of over 100 social good sector specialists have decades of combined experience and have worked with thousands of amazing organisations between them, from the largest to the very smallest.
Members of our Collective have worked as fundraisers, front line staff and CEOs in-house at charities and honed their specialisms agency side or as freelancers and consultants - this vast range of skills and experiences means we've got you covered, whatever you need help with.
Fair Collective was founded back in 2016. Seven years later and we've worked with hundreds of organisations from across the world from the UK to Kenya, Canada to Cameroon.

Our Founder, Vic, has worked in small charities for the past 15 years. And she kept on facing the same challenge: finding high quality, affordable and appropriate freelance support and consultancy - from people who really "got" the charity’s unique challenges.

Since 2016, I've been dedicating my time to helping good humans. I'm proud to say that we've provided over 500 hours of pro bono support to small charities in the last 7 years.
Why do I care? Because I believe in the collective power of people who want to do good stuff in the world. Small organisations in particular are the lifeblood of our communities and your good cause deserves the best. Fair Collective will work hard to achieve that, right by your side, by matching you with reliable (and affordable!) support.

Your one-stop-shop for support
You can’t always be amazing at everything - no matter how hard you try. There'll be a time to delegate, and a time to ask for an extra pair of hands.
That’s OK. In fact, it's what we're here for! The Collective will take care of the things that aren’t your forte (or that you don’t have the time for), so you can focus on what you’re best at.
You name it, we've got a specialist for it. From strategy development to fundraising, HR to graphic design. Whatever you might need help with, rest assured: we’ve got the right person for the job. And they're ready to be teamed up with your organisation today.
We support organisations of all sizes (take a peek at a few of our amazing clients below). Our work with larger organisations allows us do our affordable and pro bono support for smaller organisations.
A note on pricing
On a tight budget? Don't worry. We believe every organisation should have access to high quality support. If we can signpost you to free support, we always will. And we take on our own pro bono projects!
Oh, and here’s something pretty cool: our day rates are based on income size.
And, as a social enterprise, we reinvest 50% of our profits into pro bono work for tiny charities. (In the past 7 years, we’ve provided more than 500 hours of pro bono support!)
