Who we support
The Collective is a safe space for everyone. We especially want to make sure we are a safe space for LGBTQIA+ people, neurodivergent and disabled individuals, and racialised communities. We’re constantly learning to make sure everyone feels welcome here.
Oh, and if you’re on a smaller budget, you’re in the right place. We believe that small charities should be able to access the support they need - which is why all members of The Collective offer our small charity rates.
And, when you work with us, you’re not just benefiting from our practical support. You’re also contributing towards our mission - helping the do-gooders that need it most.

Why freelancers?
Using freelancers allows you to access specific expertise you may not have in your team or be ready to bring in-house. They’re talented in a specific skill, and know their craft inside out. Freelancers have a deep understanding of their subject area - and they’re flexible, to fit around your schedule.
