Bio

I am a consultant with over nine years’ experience supporting organisations to design inclusive, community-led programmes and secure sustainable funding. My work focuses on co-production, disability inclusion, and strategic development, while drawing on a strong background in fundraising and programme design. I have worked with NGOs, grassroots organisations and international agencies to embed participatory approaches that centre lived experience, with a particular focus on disability, social protection, and health equity. Increasingly, I am supporting organisations to strengthen disability inclusion within policy and practice, especially in relation to gender-based violence and protection programming. I take a collaborative, values-led approach, with expertise spanning strategic planning, co-production, qualitative research, and income generation.

I work closely with local INGOs developing and designing projects, proposals and budgets, organizational systems including monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure evidence of impact and robust accountability and compliance is in place. I have extensive experience undertaking in country project research & evaluations, organizational assessments and situational analyses, and strengthening localization strategies.
