When organisations aren’t upfront about costs, it can be frustrating - you need to know from the start whether rates are affordable for your organisation. We get it. That’s why we’ve been transparent with our pricing since we were founded in 2016 - no hidden surprises.
At Fair Collective, we understand that smaller charities may not have the resources to access the support they need. That's why we're passionate about bridging that gap and helping the do-gooders that need it most. Plus, when you work with us, you're not just benefiting from our practical support - you're also contributing towards our mission.

no matter your budget
At Fair Collective, we strongly believe that your organisation should have access to top-notch support - regardless of your budget.
That's why we regularly review our rates, and chat through each project with you to ensure good value. We've made it our mission to provide appropriate and affordable support for organisations of all shapes and sizes. We work with any kind of socially purposed organisation, including registered charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs) and social enterprises.
10%
We take a 10% referral fee from our freelancers for work they deliver through Fair Collective.
50%
And, after paying our business expenses, 50% of our profits directly fund our pro-bono work for tiny charities.

Our standard day rate ranges are...
Org income under £250k:
£300-£450
Org income over £1m-£10m:
£450-£650
Org income £250k-£1m:
£350-£550
Org income over £10m:

About our day rate ranges
We've listed our day rates on our website since day one. We know you need to know up front whether our support is within your budget.
Our day rate ranges have been developed in consultation with organisations and associates to ensure they're affordable for charities of all shapes and size, as well as being fair to our freelancers.
We know that these day rates may still be out of reach for the smallest charities - that's why we do our pro bono work and always signpost to free services when we can.
Our Client Directors will always work with you to ensure the day rate you pay feels right for your organisation.
P.S. Remember, when you work with a freelancer the day rate you see is not what they take home. They have tax, National Insurance, pension and business costs to pay too.
Pro Bono support
How does our pro bono offer work?
One way we provide our pro bono support is by offering free places on webinars and courses offered by our Founder, Vic.
We also provide pro bono consultancy, mentoring, coaching and training to organisations that are nominated by members of the Collective.
If you're looking for pro bono support for your organisation, check out this list of great places to find it.
Unfortunately, we're not able to provide pro bono support to organisations who are not nominated by our Collective.
