Emily is a career and leadership coach, trainer and consultant passionate about creating inclusive high performing workplaces.

Emily is the founder of EBC and has over 14 years experience across the charity sector as well as private, NHS and higher education. She has extensive leadership experience and has led and developed global teams as a senior director level.

Emily can help with coaching, training, culture, org design and strategic support.

• Consultant experience across multiple industries leading large change, DEI and cultural programmes

• Certified coach with 200+ hours – extensive experience coaching and developing clients and employees within companies and with direct individuals

• 10+ years Project, Product and Programme Management experience strategizing, leading and consulting on complex multi million pound projects in global markets and industries. Excellent organisational and management skills

• Adept trainer and facilitator of workshops and programmes in person and online

• Relationship management – the ability to foster relationships quickly and create long lasting connections to achieve goals and objectives.

• Thorough understanding of different cultures and managing colleagues and stakeholders across the globe

• Established, revered and liked leader who has onboarded, developed and grown a large global team

• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal across all areas and levels of organisations
