Charity Leadership

Empowering Charities to Thrive Sustainably

Bio

I am an experienced consultant with a proven track record of helping charities and networks strengthen governance, develop strategy, and build the capacity they need to thrive. I work closely with boards, leaders, and teams to tackle complex challenges, always fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment where all voices are heard.

With nearly 20 years’ experience in the charity and local authority sectors, I bring particular expertise in women’s and children’s rights, fundraising, and organisational development. I’m skilled at translating big‑picture ambitions into practical, achievable plans, balancing strategic vision with hands‑on support.

My approach is grounded in trust, transparency, and respect for the knowledge within communities. Whether guiding governance reform, shaping strategic priorities, or supporting small charities to grow, I focus on empowering people and creating structures that enable lasting change. My work is underpinned by a commitment to equity, sustainability, and solutions that work in the real world.
