Nikki has over 20 years experience working with social enterprises, charities and community organisations across strategic, operational and governance roles. She is the Founder of Resourcefully, focusing on participation and collective action for sustainable futures.
As an experienced Facilitator, Nikki specialises in Action Learning and deliberative processes. She also has a particular interest in the impact economy and funding models, as an experienced grant assessor, mentor in social investment, working group member for the Association of Charitable Foundations Stronger Foundations project and active participant in a Participatory Grantmaking Community of Practice.
