Bio

I am an independent consultant who works with organisations on research, analysis and evaluation. I enjoy partnering with organisations to build usable and relevant tools and to strengthen MEL skills and capacity. I have extensive experience in analysing and synthesising different types of data as well as undertaking in-depth qualitative data analyses. I regularly carry out high quality desk research as well as undertaking primary data collection through interviews, focus groups and surveys. I have excellent written skills and regularly write evaluation and learning reports for a range of stakeholders and audiences. I can also provide tailored training or mentoring on different aspects of MEL.


Key Skills

  • Developing, improving and updating monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools (including logframes and Theories of Change)

  • Helping organisations to create functional and effective MEL systems

  • Report writing and project management i.e. for annual reports, impact reports and learning reviews

  • Qualitative data collection, analysis and synthesis

  • Support with MEL strategy and planning
