Partnerships and Strategy
Bio
I'm convinced that by working together, we can make the world a better, more just and equitable place, and love exploring all opportunities that challenge the systems and power dynamics that don't work for so many people.
I have 20+ years’ experience of high value donor engagement, strategic partnership development, funding and programme management, mentoring and organisational reviews across a range of sectors, as both funder and grantee.
I've managed multi-million, multi-year partnerships between non-profit organisations, international foundations and governments by building effective and lasting working relationships, and breaking down silos and barriers to ensure collaboration and maximum impact.
As a consultant, I've advised on strategy setting and international fundraising, combining careful analysis and evaluation with reasoned and objective judgement. I thrive on contact with diverse organisations, supporting their initiatives flexibly and proactively to build strong and equitable partnerships and relationships based on positive engagement, accountability and transparency.
