I'm a specialist charity consultant and former charity CEO, with lots of experience in strategy, governance and finance. I'm also a charity merger specialist, having supported 10 charity mergers between 2023 and 2025. I'm also available for interim CEO roles and have unfortunately had experience in closing down a charity.
