Tom has 15 years of experience in the charity sector as a Founder, CEO, COO and charity consultant focusing on budgets and financial planning. After taking the charity he Co-founded from conception to a medium-sized charity he handed over the leadership of the organisation. Since then Tom has focused on supporting small and medium-sized charities in what Tom calls ‘the boring stuff’. Processes, and systems around budgeting and financial planning. Tom helps charities become proactive with their finances by helping them develop proactive budgets that enable clarity on finances, and spending and turns a budget into a planning and fundraising tool.
