Bio

In my 20 plus years in the charity sector, I’ve been a founder, CEO, COO and consultant across both UK-based and INGOs. My passion is a mix of charity leadership, strategy, finances and problem solving. Having taken a charity from start-up to multi-award-winning medium-sized, I have a broad and varied range of experience which complements both my degree and future studies (currently qualifying for the ATT Level 2 in accounting), which makes me an all-rounder with a keen knowledge of what I can offer an organisation.

I thrive within interim CEO & COO roles where I can make a real difference, be that to the organisation structure, financial systems, or simply being a fresh perspective. I am able to dive into a project quickly and understand what is required. My ‘can-do’ attitude means I excel when looking to improve systems, processes and strategy, especially around financial systems and budgeting. Helping organisations see the full power of budgeting and how it can help, not hinder, is one of the most impactful things I do.
