Constance Agyeman is a senior leader with over two decades of expertise in strategy, programme design and innovation across international development; education and sustainability. She has directed large-scale initiatives that unite governments, industry and communities to address complex challenges, with a strong focus on youth empowerment, equitable participation and systemic change.
As Co-Founder of the Partnership Bureau, Constance drives collaborative models that strengthen community agency and re-balance power within development ecosystems. Previously at Nesta, she led transformative programmes including global challenge prizes, national education initiatives, and cross-sector partnerships that mobilised investment and delivered lasting impact.
