Amy is a small charity CEO, a BACP senior accredited counsellor, and has around 20 years of experience in communications.

As well as running a small charity, she supports charities with everything wellbeing-related, from staff training on mental health to running reflective practice groups and delivering counselling, alongside offering strategic support and help with communications.
