Amy Hutson

Amy is a BACP senior accredited counsellor and clinical supervisor and currently works for various charities supporting them with everything wellbeing related, from staff training on mental health to running reflective practice groups and delivering counselling within organisations and to individuals.

Over the past 15 years, she has also enjoyed working in journalism and communications, for newspapers, local government and charities. As a trained journalist, she has an innate understanding of what stories will engage readers – a skill she has since found helpful in her work in communications.
