Anuradha, the founder and lead strategist at The Kowtha Constellation, is a neurodivergent, disabled, queer, Indian diasporic person who currently lives in northern England with their family. We empower organisations to champion accessibility and inclusivity so that they can attract and retain top talent from diverse, worldwide talent pools. We can help you build inclusive practices into your organizational systems so you can sustainably obtain funding, challenge perceptions of bias, and adhere to compliance and accessibility requirements, so they can do their work with more boldness, increase public trust, and improve staff retention. When they’re not working, Anuradha loves to write, partake in storytelling, create art, watch live performance art, and spend time with friends.
