Hi! I'm Anuradha (Uh - n uu - r aa - dh aa).

I’m an Accessibility Strategist dedicated to helping organizations create psychologically safe environments that foster innovation, joy, and liberation - moving towards a Post Capitalist Workplace and Sow Post Capitalist Seeds for a different future.

The goal is to re-humanize systems, to turn workplaces into delightful and relational spaces where both people and businesses thrive.

We partner with organisations to pioneer accessible and equitable initiatives by building inclusive practices into your organizational systems so you can sustainably obtain funding, challenge perceptions of bias, and adhere to compliance and accessibility requirements.
