I have 20+ years of organisational development experience in the Corporate and Not for Profit sectors. I have supported 100s of charities over the past 10 years and truly understand the realities of limited resources. I am a strong facilitator, at governance level but also with staff, volunteers and service users. I have held senior roles inc. CEO. I love to work with small grassroots/community/ by and for led organisations and am of mixed heritage (White British/Black Caribbean). My approach is to make my work accessible to all that I come into contact with whether supporting in Leadership & Governance or Strategy, through to developing practical impact and evaluation tools or fundraising resources. I have expertise in Statutory bidding but also exploring earned and corporate income. I am a qualified trainer and have strong IT skills.
