Bio
I support charities and universities to make better use of data, develop effective fundraising strategies and improve the way they work. My focus is on building simple, efficient systems that are grounded in how organisations actually operate.
With over 12 years’ experience in the sector across data, fundraising and strategy roles, and a Masters in NGO Management, I combine practical know-how with a strong theoretical grounding. I have worked with organisations of all sizes, from small teams managing 500 records to large institutions with over 600,000. My experience includes leading £300k public fundraising programmes, managing CRM redesigns and migrations, developing data strategies and governance processes, and supporting the growth of in-country fundraising operations.

When I'm not working I...
take care of my plants, read (and then obsessively reorganise my books by colour in my little home library), walk my two dogs, and bake lots and lots of sourdough
