Paula Alionyte

Paula leads and supports charities to find and implement new systems, solve operational challenges, develop effective strategies and make use of data. She is driven by her passion to build effective and efficient organisations to help them have a greater impact.

Having worked in the sector for 12 years in data, fundraising and strategy roles, and with a Masters degree in NGO Management, Paula has both the theoretical and practical understanding of how to create robust but lean operational processes. She has a proven track record of implementing successful fundraising strategies, delivering £300k public fundraising pipelines, project managing CRM migrations and redesigns, developing data protection applications and building in-country fundraising programmes.
