I’ve spent over 25 years in HR and people consultancy, working with CEOs, senior leaders, and trustee boards to create inclusive, values-led workplaces where people can truly thrive. I bring a pragmatic, hands-on approach, cutting through the noise to focus on what will actually make a difference. Whether I’m supporting complex change, shaping strategy, or advising on governance, I’m known for being calm, honest, and unafraid to challenge when needed.
I’ve worked across a wide range of charities and social impact organisations, and I understand the balance between mission, resources, and people. My work is grounded in three core values:
