Bio
As director of Tempo Training and Development, I offer 1:1 and Team Coaching for organisations, using Systemic Leadership Coaching methods. Working systemically means recognising that no individual or organisation works in isolation. We are all embedded within systems which impact the wholeness and well being of our staff, clients, commissioners, beneficiaries and the wider community. A systemic approach supports leaders in accessing the wisdom of the body and heart, as well as the mind. Having worked in the Domestic Abuse sector for 25 years, I also bring an understanding of the challenges faced by the social and voluntary sectors. I currently carry out Quality Assurance assessments with Domestic Abuse organisations, as well as training for frontline practitioners and Domestic Abuse service managers, on behalf of the national charity SafeLives. As an associate trainer with The Diversity Trust, I also offer lived experience and expertise in LGBTQ+ Community Awareness as well as training and consultation around EDI more widely.
