Leadership & Coaching

Leadership coach, trainer and facilitator

Bio

As a former small charity CEO, I am passionate about supporting leaders and their teams to boost their impact whilst thriving. Some of my favourite ways of working are via leadership coaching/mentoring as well as facilitation and training, especially in-person.

My clients tell me they like the fact I just "get it" and that I create a safe, inclusive space where colleagues can connect, reflect, and take action. Over the past five years, I've worked with diverse organisations large and small. I have a particular passion for youth, mental health, homeless and refugee work.

  • Training - especially re leadership, management ,trusteeship, thriving

Clients

I am an associate coach for the Alzheimers Society and an Associate Leadership trainer for Homeless Link and a consultant for the Avocado Foundation.

I have created and delivered training to delegates from the larger charities such as RNLI, CRISIS, Shelter, Christian Aid, MIND, NHS and the Heritage Network.

Plus, I have worked with Leadership groups and teams from smaller charities such as Caudwell Youth, Connexions Support, Broxbourne Community Trust, Women's Aid (Luton), The Maudsley Charity and many more.

When I'm not working I...

am going for walks with my canine pal, Bingo. Or trying to reach my arm backwards around my knee in Ashtanga yoga!
