Bio

I have nearly 20 years’ experience working in the third sector. After many years in both charity front-line and leadership roles, I’ve spent the last five years supporting charities and socially driven organisations as a strategy, governance, and fundraising consultant.

I’m passionate about helping organisations become more sustainable and deliver greater impact. As a consultant, I’ve honed my strategy and fundraising skills while immersing myself in all things governance — from charity formations and conversions, mergers, and board recruitment to trustee strategy sessions and supporting effective board dynamics.

I also hold trustee positions with both a small and a large charity in the West Midlands and have an MBA in Strategic Management.
