Bio
I’m Alex Fearon, founder of Maybe Later—a consultancy that helps purpose-led businesses make sense of their customer journeys and turn email into their most useful channel.
After a decade in marketing (agency-side, in-house, and solo), I’ve seen how often small marketing teams are stuck reacting instead of leading. I help untangle the chaos, map what’s really going on for audiences, and build marketing strategies that are practical, human, and actually get used.
My background spans everything from tech-for-good to charities and B2B consultancies, and I’ve worked with 80+ organisations to raise more money, build stronger relationships, and make email feel exciting again. I’m also the creator of the ALIGN Framework, a journey mapping tool designed to bring clarity to content, comms and customer experience.
