Casey Carlos
Ops & Connector
Operations, Finance and Community-Building
Bio
I’m the Operations Manager at Fair Collective and I bring a wide-ranging skill set developed over more than a decade working across international development and the social good sector. My current work spans operations, executive support, project coordination and finance - keeping teams and systems running smoothly behind the scenes.
I’m particularly passionate about community-building, event planning and creating spaces for people to connect and learn from one another, collaborate and thrive. Having experienced overwhelm in this sector myself, I care about supporting the wellbeing and development of those working so hard to make change happen.
With a MA in International Development, I believe in breaking cycles of poverty and inequality through education, skills and opportunity. I’ve worked towards this by supporting small international development and UK based charities across finance, fundraising and community-building roles. I’ve also supported organisations with grant management and particularly enjoy monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL).
