Bio

I have spent the past 15 years working for large and small charities and non profits within fundraising, commissioning and evaluation. I am a trainee psychotherapist and look at work from a human lens. I am specifically experienced in young people and children projects. I am a Trustee and a Non executive Director of a commercial business and I started my career off within the private sector and I have bought that drive into social purpose projects. I am a qualified coach and mentor and I am also a Director at Fair Collective - and have driven our growth with Vic and Casey.
