Kirsty Owen-Hayward

Kirsty is passionate about fundraising, marketing and mentoring people to be their best. She has worked with small/medium sized charities, to help them grow and develop their fundraising income.

Kirsty is ambitious, creative, detailed, committed and calm under pressure. She strives to inspire and motivate fundraisers to achieve success. Kirsty has experience at fundraising management level and specialises in Events, Community Fundraising, Individual Giving, Marketing and Mentoring.

During her time as a Fundraising Manager at a national charity she raised £2.6 million, exceeding her targets over a three-year period. She holds a (CIM) Level 4 Professional Certificate in Marketing (with Distinction).
