I’ve worked in the charity sector my whole career and now offer strategic support to small and medium-sized charities (the real heroes of our communities!)

I help organisations make sense of their fundraising, whether that’s building a strategy, diversifying income, running a campaign or offering guidance. My approach is collaborative, practical and grounded in the realities of small charity life, while you're raising the money, delivering the service, writing the annual report, making the tea AND putting the bins out.

Through Drinkwater Broad, I also offer facilitation and mentoring that’s designed to give you space to step back, untangle ideas, and make a plan. I work alongside leaders and teams to improve your fundraising, helping you build confidence, unlock capacity, and raise the income you need to support your community.
