Vic Hancock Fell

Vic is the Founder and Director of Fair Collective.

She has worked in the social good sector for over 15 years as a Co-Founder, Fundraiser, CEO, Volunteer, Trustee, Consultant and Trainer.

Vic specialises in strategic planning and organisational development and is passionate about providing affordable and appropriate infrastructure support and capacity building for socially purposed organisaitons, especially smaller ones.

She has worked with the smallest volunteer led organisations and large infrastructure organisations. In 2023 she Project Managed the Small Charity Week campaign with fellow member of Fair Collective, Wayne Murray and NCVO.

Vic runs the Small Charity Leaders Club, a 6 month online course for people running small organisaions and is the creator of the Small Charity Essentials e-learning course.

She is also the Chair of Trustees at a small environmental charity and a grant assessor with The Fore.
