Vic is the Founder and Director of Fair Collective.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the social good sector, Vic has worn many hats - Co-Founder, Fundraiser, CEO, Volunteer, Trustee, Chair, Consultant, and Trainer.
Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to strengthening socially purposed organisations, especially smaller ones that often operate with limited resources.
Vic specialises in bringing people and organisations together, strategic planning, organisational development, and delivering accessible, relevant training. She is passionate about making infrastructure support affordable, practical, and inclusive.
She has worked with hundreds of organisations - from grassroots volunteer-led groups to major funders and infrastructure bodies like Lloyds Bank Foundation and Restless Development.
In 2023 and 2024, she helped to run to the UK’s national Small Charity Week campaign and continues to lead a series of free sector events each June through Fair Collective.
Separate to her work with Fair Collective also runs the Small Charity Leaders Club™️, a six-month online course for people leading small organisations, and is the creator of the Small Charity Essentials E-Learning™️ - used by Lloyds Bank Foundation, Restless Development, The Fore, and hundreds of small charity leaders across the UK.
She currently serves as Chair of Trustees at two small charities and volunteers her time to support the sector she believes in.
