Amelia has 15 years professional experience in the Not for Profit sector including 7 years as the CEO of a small charity, focusing on areas of governance, strategic direction, financial and business operations including, end to end service delivery processes, marketing, communications, grant writing and fundraising, along with project/ programme management of bespoke and targeted projects within the community. Experienced within the Sport, health and wellbeing sector within Charities, Local Authorities, County Sports Partnerships, and Social Enterprise Leisure Trusts.
Amelia is a specialist in grant writing and over the last 15 years has regularly written applications to the value of 7 figures and have secured grant funding to the value of 6 figures. Amelia also has worked closely with Boards of Trustees to set strategy, business plans, policies and procedures, legislative requirements in risk, health and safety and compliance ensuring the overall growth of the charity and drive implementation. She has experience coaching, mentoring and facilitating others. She has a warm and personable character and is keen to share her experience with other charity leaders.
