Aileen Carson

Aileen is a freelance coach, trainer and speaker with 20 years’ experience in the non-profit sector. She has extensive people management experience, including leading teams through change, and has held senior leadership positions.

Aileen’s main focus is neurodiversity and she provides group coaching sessions for managers to enable them to support their neurodivergent team members. She runs neurodiversity awareness sessions for employers to help them become more inclusive, and speaks at conferences and events about neurodiversity and inclusion.

Aileen also works with individuals to help them leverage their strengths to overcome any challenges they face in the workplace and is an associate coach with Genius Within.

She has an MBA and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.

She offers coaching, mentoring and neurodiversity training for individuals and organisations.
