Neurodiversity Coaching and Training
Bio
I am a neurodiversity coach, trainer and public speaker. I have had a varied career spanning 30 years, most of which were in leadership positions in the non-profit sector.
I run neurodiversity training sessions for organisations to help them become more neuroinclusive. I also speak at conferences and events about neurodiversity and inclusion.
I work with managers to help them support their neurodivergent team members effectively by increasing awareness of neurodiversity and creating a psychologically safe workplace. This includes understanding the strengths of neurodivergent people and helping managers have conversations about adjustments.
I also work with individuals, helping them leverage their strengths to navigate any challenges they’re facing in the workplace.
I have an MBA and am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
