I love helping charities achieve their mission, on their terms.

I work with non-profits to create the conditions for their purpose, beliefs, knowledge, and unique position to drive better decisions.

I do this by helping them create impact models and frameworks that really work for them, undertaking evaluations that get to the heart of what a charity is about, and facilitating strategic development processes which bring people together around what matters for the future of the charity.

I am committed to social justice, and ensuring that impact practice empowers real change, rather than undermine it.
