Finance Partner for Purpose-led Organisations

Bio

I'm a charity finance professional with over 25 years of experience supporting INGOs and UK-based nonprofits and social enterprises. Through my practice, BAnC Services, I help organisations build strong financial foundations: from day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliations to budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. I understand that many small charities don’t have in-house finance teams, so I offer practical, flexible support that meets them where they are. Whether it’s managing restricted funds, preparing SORP-compliant accounts, or helping trustees feel more confident in financial oversight, my approach is always collaborative and values-led. I also deliver training and consultancy to help staff and boards engage more meaningfully with their finances.
