Bio

Georgina has spent 20 years in the non-profit sector, specialising in building sustainable income streams and high-value partnerships.


She supports small and growing charities to strengthen their fundraising, whether by developing income streams from scratch or unlocking new opportunities within existing programmes. With particular expertise in corporate partnerships, Georgina also helps charities build healthy pipelines, create tailored fundraising strategies and improve internal capability – from coaching and mentoring fundraising team members to stepping in as an experienced extra pair of hands.


Her track record includes securing six- and seven-figure partnerships, launching new fundraising products, and building high-performing teams. Passionate about helping charities diversify and grow their income, Georgina thrives on turning ambition into long-lasting, impactful fundraising results.
