Laura Noble Frier
Communications
Bio
In my work as a charity comms professional, I help purpose-led organisations tell clear, compelling stories about the work that matters most – whether that’s through campaigns, supporter communications, or website and brand projects. Having worked in small teams where budgets are tight and everyone wears multiple hats, I understand what it’s like to lead campaigns, manage websites and oversee day-to-day communications all at once. I have extensive experience working with NHS charities, translating complex charity-funded medical projects into stories that people can understand and connect with. I love interviewing patients, families and staff to find the thread that brings a story to life and shows real impact.
My work also includes writing copy for magazines, appeals and digital channels, and project managing website launches and brand or design projects, working closely with agencies.
Alongside my freelance work, I’m part of the in-house team at Royal Surrey Charity and also work with Fair Collective as Communications Lead.

When I'm not working I...
walk my dog, Luna, spend time with my children, attempt some yoga, watch films, and spend hours saving recipes and DIY home inspiration on Instagram that I never quite get around to trying.
