For the past decade, I have specialised in developing effective recruitment strategies and leading a robust and impact-led talent acquisition function for charities of all shapes and sizes.

Delivering in both a hands-on and consultative capacity, I tailor a solutions-focussed approach to headhunting and securing the right talent based on your unique organisational needs, challenges, strategic goals and ambitions, as well as your evolving working culture.

From 2015, I have partnered with over a hundred charities, non-profits, and social enterprises, and after launching Hire Purpose in 2024, I have since expanded to partnering with purposeful organisations, including B Corps, climate-tech startups, and businesses who 'want to be better'.

I am also an active Mentor to aspiring charity professionals who are graduates of the Charityworks programme, which I started in 2017.
