Strategy and Organisational Development
Bio
I am an experienced charity leader with over 15 years’ experience of working in the charity and voluntary sector. I founded and am currently Chief Executive of Kids Club Kampala, which I have grown from a small, voluntary run charity to an organisation turning over £1mill+ per year and reaching over 1.5 million people across East Africa. I am a founding trustee of the Small International Development Charities Network (SIDCN), and I sit on the NCVO UK Small Charities Advisory Panel (SCAP). My expertise includes strategy, organisational development, leadership and management, fundraising and public speaking, and I am keen to use my skills and experience to help other charities thrive.
