Safia Cragg
Anti-Oppression Learning and Facilitation
Bio
Hi, I’m Safia. I work with charities, housing providers and mission led teams who want to take equity seriously, moving beyond compliance driven training. Through Kusoma, I design and facilitate anti-oppression learning that looks at power, systems and culture. I'm known for being able to translate robust political education into accessible learning and practical change, supporting leaders and frontline teams to build accountable, reflective workplaces. My approach is participatory, grounded in principles of anti-oppression and trauma informed.
