Bio
I am a Research Consultant for organisations like Reach Up Youth and Voluntary Action Sheffield, bridging academic rigour with practical community needs. I am also a researcher at the University of Sheffield, deeply committed to community-led initiatives and social impact. With over 15 years of experience in public health research, I utilise my expertise in health programme and project management to drive meaningful change. I have also worked as a researcher for the New Economics Foundation's work on Local Economies & Community Economic Power.
As a Trustee for SACMHA, a prominent Black-led mental health organisation, and informal volunteer for many other organisations, I consistently champion well-being from the ground up. I have also created numerous events aimed at nurturing collaborative partnerships that truly reflect community voices and benefit marginalised communities.
